Peace Education
HTAC helps children reject violence as the only way to resolve conflicts by helping them effectively cope with their frustrations, anger, and sadness (and for many, the emotional trauma of observing or experiencing violence), while learning to apply positive behaviors (patience, respecting others, sympathy, cooperation, confidence) and embrace peaceful solutions to problems.
